We offer you (1) one ordering option and (2) one customer-care interface (WhatsAapp) . If you have any other questions, please contact us via email or by phone (+40) 742 854 185. Please always have your customer order number ready when you have questions regarding your order. The following options are available for shopping at roWaves Technologies website:
(1) Online Shop: here in our online shop you can place orders 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. For the correct display of the language, you can choose between an international online shop [EN] and Romanian language shop [RO]. All products and all information is currently available in two different languages: English, Romanian. This is the the ONLY method to place orders with us, via the e-commerce platform.
(2) WhatsApp: please add our number +40 742 854 185 in your smartphone agenda. Our contact details will be added to your contact database in the application and you can text us your order details there. Please note that we are using a business WhatsApp account for the phone number listed above. WE DO NOT TAKE ORDERS via WhatsApp chat, we only offer support. We do not take orders via email.
