The products displayed on www.rowaves.com are available worldwide and can be delivered by express courier (DHL). Our products are built individually and with great care, in an ESD safe environment, making the production time going up to 10-20 working days, if not available immediately in stock (displayed clear on product page). In addition, up to 2-3 business days for handling and delivery can be added, from the moment when the order is confirmed. The approx. delivery time (in days) is detailed in table below, for each country / region worldwide.
DHL Express Service – from our office & warehouse based in Sibiu, 550136, Str. Calea Turnișorului 36, Romania. Shipping details will be displayed in clear text during checkout process and emailed to the customer after order placement. The tracking number is emailed as order status update to the customer, after the parcel is prepared and ready to be shipped (usually 1-2 working days). This shipment is extremely fast: 1-5 days, worldwide.
DHL Economy Select – from our office & warehouse based in Sibiu, 550136, Str. Calea Turnișorului 36, Romania. Shipping details will be displayed in clear text during checkout process and emailed to customer after order placement. The tracking number is emailed as order status update to the customer, after the parcel is prepared and ready to be shipped (usually 1-2 working days). This shipment is fast: 4-6 days usually, worldwide.
Romanian Post Office (Posta Romana, www.posta-romana.ro) from Sibiu, Romania. Shipping cost its fixed at € 12.5 and will be displayed in clear text during checkout process and emailed to the customer after placing the order. This shipment is registered mail (tracking no. included and emailed to customer). We ship only once/week, usually Friday. Delivery in 3 – 10 days all Europe. This shipping method is valid only for EU countries.
Shipping service & schedule
The shipping service is DHL Express Worldwide (courier company) and the honored courier orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday from 09:00AM-17:00PM (local destination country time) at the address mentioned in the order. Weekend days and legal holidays are not considered working days. Once the parcel is placed under the responsibility of the courier company, we do not assume the delays that may occur until the proper delivery of the parcel.
It can vary between 2-9 working days. We do not offer any warranty on this time. Objective reasons may lead to the delivery of parcels being delayed and they do not concern us.
Shipping rates vary for different locations. The shipment charges are calculated during final checkout and listed visible on the website, after the billing and shipping data is filled in. Enter a address in the first step of the check-out or – even easier – create a customer account. Then the calculation will be done automatically when you are logged in. We have integrated an automatic shipping cost calculation in the online shop: Enter your delivery address in the first step of the check-out process or create your personal customer account. You can also create different delivery addresses in your personal customer account. Afterwards, the shipping costs are calculated automatically. The calculation refers to product parameters such as weight, height and length and the distance to the specified delivery address. A detailed list of countries we ship to and approx shipping costs based on destination, is published below, besides the calculation performed by the website itself during checkout.
The payment can be done using a debit card, or a credit card, or PayPal, we reserve our right to change the payment method without prior notice. Shipping & handling cost can vary between €10 and €35. This cost will be included in the invoice issued by roWaves Technologies and in the total payment, according to the confirmation email.
For orders over €1000 we offer free shipping, but we reserve our right to evaluate the eligibility of the customer prior to delivering the Service. The confirmed orders are typically handed over the next day to the courier to be delivered on the third or fourth business day (if the route is NOT loaded) to the end customer.
5. Receiving the package
The customer will receive the package based on its signature at delivery. Returns are accepted only based on a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form.
6. Return costs & cancellation
If the order has to be canceled before delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use this contact form, so we can review the order status. If it has not yet been submitted for processing, the cancellation request can be honored. Otherwise, we reserve the right to retain the amount paid and continue to deliver the order. Repeated return requests by the same customer is considered abuse. Any return costs will be paid by the customer.
The end customer (you) is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods! All international shipments are eligible for these fees. There is no way for roWaves Technologies (the shipper) to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your country's DHL, UPS, FedEx or postal system may charge you! There are some services that can estimate the duty/taxes, while they're not 100% accurate they can be helpful. Keep a printout of your email receipt as you may have to send a copy to your customs office or to the carrier. If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc – we cannot issue any refunds.
Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as “gift", “sample", “educational" or lower the values. roWaves Technologies makes best efforts to follow all rules, regulations and laws for export compliance.
