Instructions for Return after Receiving your RMA #

  1. please include the RMA number, received from ROWAVES (EU service area ) or from international service agents, with all returned packages. RMA # is valid for 10 days from date of issuance
  2. ROWAVES or its international service agents are not responsible for any damage or loss of goods during the shipment
  3. all items must be returned in their original packaging (if possible) along with accessories (if applicable)
  4. shipment of the goods sent for service is covered by the customer
  5. the return shipment from the service back to the customer is covered by ROWAVES (with insurance)
  6. refunds will be issued in the manner in which original payment was received (usually bank transfer / credit card refunding)
  7. for RMA shipment, please use only courier services (not post office etc.) like UPS, DHL, FedEx etc.
  8. return the device(s) for service (EU service area) to address below:
