1. How to Order
We offer you one (1) ordering option and one (2) customer-care interface (WhatsAapp) . If you have any other questions, please contact us via email or by phone (+40) 742 854 185. Please always have your customer order no. ready when you have questions regarding your order. The following options are available for shopping at roWaves Technologies website:
(1) Online shop: here in our online shop you can place orders 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. For the correct display of the language, you can choose between an international online shop [ENG] and romanian language shop [RO]. All products and all information is currently available in two different languages: English, Romanian. This is the the ONLY method to place orders with us, via e-commerce platform.
(2) WhatsApp: please add our number +40 742 854 185 in your smartphone agenda. Our contact details will be added to your contact database in WA application and you can text us your order details there. Please not that we are using a bussiness WhatsApp account for the phone number listed above. WE DO NOT TAKE ORDERS via WhatsApp chat, we only offer support. We do not take orders via email.
2. How to Pay
We offer you 3D/SSL secured card payment or PayPal payment. Pay safe on our site, we do not store any of your credit card information. Our payment third party processor for credit card payments is Libra Internet Bank.
