Shipping Charges

We ship with DHL Express or DHL Economy Service from our office located in Sibiu, Romania, for all the packages. Shipping rates vary for different locations. The shipment charges are calculated during final checkout and listed visible on the website, after the billing and shipping data is filled in. Enter a address in the first step of the check-out or – even easier – create a customer account. Then the calculation will be done automatically when you are logged in. We have integrated an automatic shipping cost calculation in the online shop: Enter your delivery address in the first step of the check-out process or create your personal customer account. You can also create different delivery addresses in your personal customer account. Afterwards, the shipping costs are calculated automatically. The calculation refers to product parameters such as weight, height and length and the distance to the specified delivery address. A detailed list of countries we ship to and approx. shipping costs based on destination, is published below, besides the calculation performed by the website itself during checkout.
