ROWAVES S.R.L. is committed to become an industry leader in the telecommunication sector, specifically in the industrial and communication RF power amplifiers design & manufacturing sector. At the foundation of this commitment is the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements, as a key component of developing and managing our projects and infrastructure. ROWAVES designs, develops, manufactures and supplies RF power amplifiers and RF instrumentation products for professional and laboratory applications. We recognize that consistent technical performance & reliability plus increased compliance with relevant regulations are essential to customer satisfaction and long-term business success. Quality Management is therefore an integral part of our strategic direction. Our objectives:

  • establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives aligned with ROWAVES’ strategic and technological direction

  • applying the process-based approach and risk-based thinking across design, development, manufacturing, testing and support activities

  • ensuring that ISO-9001 requirements are integrated into all relevant ROWAVES business processes

  • providing the necessary resources, infrastructure, measurement equipment and competent personnel required for effective QMS operation

  • ensuring compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory and customer-specific technical requirements

  • our company  conducts R&D and manufacturing with industrial experience with national and international team work for standard design

  • design verification stage – engineering verification stage – evaluation production verification stage – small series production stage, all the design and development control procedures are implemented to ensure design quality

  • maintaining controlled design, validation, testing and production processes for RF,  electronic modules and finished assemblies

  • focusing on customer satisfaction through consistent delivery of conforming and verified products

  • supporting continual improvement of products, processes and the Quality Management System

  • communicating the importance of quality, technical integrity and conformity to requirements to our employees and stakeholders

  • Conducting regular management reviews to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System
