R450 module | 160-6m 450W Linear Power Amplifier

This is an experimental series of a linear power amplifier based on MHT1803x / MRF300xx series.

We have experimented with several designs in order to evaluate MRF300 and MHT1803 transistors for a 500…600W amplifier. PCBs can vary since we have implemented the schematics on various PCB manufacturers, from YO mainly. Units are provided without heatsinks! Complete schematic will be provided in the package. Units are ready to be used, bias done, all testing is done. You need to install the module on a proper heatsink and use a proper 0.9…1kW power supply.
