Instructions for Return after Receiving your RMA #
- please include the RMA number, received from ROWAVES (EU service area ) or from international service agents, with all returned packages. RMA # is valid for 10 days from date of issuance
- ROWAVES or its international service agents are not responsible for any damage or loss of goods during the shipment
- all items must be returned in their original packaging (if possible) along with accessories (if applicable)
- shipment of the goods sent for service is covered by the customer
- the return shipment from the service back to the customer is covered by ROWAVES (with insurance)
- refunds will be issued in the manner in which original payment was received (usually bank transfer / credit card refunding)
- for RMA shipment, please use only courier services (not post office etc.) like UPS, DHL, FedEx etc.
- return the device(s) for service (EU service area) to address below:
