Instructions for Return after Receiving your RMA #

1. please include the RMA # with all returned packages. RMA # is valid for 30 days from date of issuance
2. ROWAVES© is not responsible for any damage or loss of goods during the shipment
3. all items must be returned in their original packaging along with accessories (if possible)
4. return all merchandise to:
